Guerilla Business Intensive by Peak Potentials Inc

I attended and completed the 5 days Guerilla Business Intensive Seminar at Singapore expo for the last 5 days and learnt a great deal from my mentor Mr T. Harv Eker (as well as his Co-trianer Robert and his guest speakers such as Joel Robert and Alex Mandossian).

This is a powerful program that gives us all the strategies we need for high-speed success in any business. Most people go into business to make a living, Guerrilla Business School showed us how to create a lifetime of passive income.

Here are a few of the things we have learned during the last 5 days:
* How to generate million-dollar ideas every 60 seconds!
* How to make or save a fortune using guerrilla negotiation tactics.
* How to start any business or division with little or no money down.
* Become a marketing genius in 6 hours flat.
* How to raise $10,000 to 1/2 a million dollars without asking anyone to finance anything.

* How to set up your business for massive passive income or (sell it for millions if you choose to!)

Using what we have learned at Guerrilla Business School, we will stop wasting time with tactics that produce little or mediocre results and start creating wealth in any business you choose. This is my belief after attending this program

This is a transitional period in my life (especially career) and i just want to share with you on my thoughts on this whole process going through my mind.

It might be simple truth for some of you, that sounds hard to swallow, but i seek your openess, as i hope my thoughts can trigger something that brings out the best in you.

What is Faith in Business/Sales

Ultimate test is the Faith of your customer.

A satisfied customer is proof that you have the personal qualities and the necessary skills to provide value with your services or products. A customer who gives you a word-of-mouth referral believes in you enough to risk his own credibility in introducing you to those they know.

A customer who returns for more is one who walks that talk.

The more faith customers have in you, the more faith you should have in yourself. You'll need it because you never know what tomorrow would bring.

The Entreprenuers Mindset

This shall be a Blogpost that i come back to review 12 months later.

Now, i have taken the leap of faith to transform myself from being a salaried worker, to one that we all like to call entreprenuer. So the checklist of WHY must be very clear before i can go on.

THE ENTREPRENUER CHECKLIST:

- Ask yourself & Answer Honestly
1. Do you believe you can succeed? Y
2. Do you have complete faith in your product/services? Y
3. Do you love what you are going to do? Y
4. Are you ready to accept failure? Hmm. More towards Y.
5. Are you ready to accept more than one failures? Y
6. Is your business philosophy going to be about gog from just good to great? Y
7. Can you see yourself being very wealthy, respected and charitable? Y
8. Are you willing to listen to others, be hands-on in work, bring on board people who share your views & values? Y
9. Are you ready to keep looking for mentors, learn business savvy, planning, financial intelligence and create alliances? Y

Only if your are given an honest "Yes" to all these questions are you truly ready. Not sure or Maybe IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

With these checklist, i shall continue from where i just started.

Fulfill My Dreams

Life is short and unpredictable. At the end of the day we all die. I have relatives that passed away due to old age, i also have friends that had passed away due to accidents. For me, i want to leave behind something and be remembered by the people i've been able to help and inspire. I think we must always try to make the difference, to have integrity and to be fair to others.

The worst thing is to be a Mediocre like bootlickers and apple-polishers. I just wondered how these group of people came about. Do they really lack that specific skills in their line of work, or is it that time/enviroment mould them into one of such Mediocre nature. Till these days, i still continue to ask myself and observing them.

During my time as a Sales Person ( i was given title Account Manager, but never felt so before) for a MNC, i had the chance to meet lots of business and management personnel, and my business acumen sharpened from those contacts. And for those scientists/researchers - i welcome their dedication and focus towards getting new methods/inventions. It was always a pleasure listening to their theorectical "songs"..

One thing i know is that to be a successful managers/leaders, you must employed subordinates that are better than you. But my dear managers out there - Never belittle your staff, they think too, and they might have ideas that you never thought of before!

There is a friend that said Singaporeans have a lot of unfulfilled dreams. They get stuck in the paper chase and don't do what they want. Eventually, they live through their children, forcing them to take heaps of activities. I don't wish that for myself.

Now, i am taking my leap of faith and going to do what i like and fulfill my dreams to help more and more people. By the way, my dreams is to leave behind a legacy and perhaps a Foundation that can help poor students to get good proper education.
