What is Faith in Business/Sales

Ultimate test is the Faith of your customer.

A satisfied customer is proof that you have the personal qualities and the necessary skills to provide value with your services or products. A customer who gives you a word-of-mouth referral believes in you enough to risk his own credibility in introducing you to those they know.

A customer who returns for more is one who walks that talk.
